Started this as a simple loose, wet in wet watercolor in my A5 Moleskine sketchbook. It piled horribly… but my wet in wet technique was good so I was happy.

The more I looked at it the more I wanted to do some inkwork on it. I thought about it overnight and off and on through the day. Last night I decided it was worth the risk to learn if it was a viable technique so I inked the foreground. I like it.
