Aborted World Watercolor Month

So this thing happened.  About couple months ago the retail manager at G1 Climbing & Fitness approached me about displaying my work in their retail area. How could I refuse an opportunity like this when I’ve been hemming and hawing about whether I  should sell my work. I spent the previous month getting Clark Williamson Art Ltd set up with all the appropriate licenses.  I still don’t have a online storefront but if you see something you like DM me.

So that is what has eaten up all my art time.  If you are local to the North Denver area and feel like setting my art in person drop in by. I should have some prints and things available on Etsy and Redbubble in the next week or two.

…Since writing that I have managed to get some time in sketching. I’ll just post them below. They were done with fountain pen in my Moleskein sketchbook.

This piece started as a sketch of a branch while waiting to pick up someone from an appointment done with a Pilot Kakuno EF fountain pen and Noodler’s black ink.
I had ordered a Noodler’s Ahab fountain pen and wanted to see how the medium nib fared. I was not disapointed.

Combination of the two pens. I was taking pieces from an old pen and ink how too book as I warm up for Inktober.

I had also started a couple paintings but I really don’t remember where I left off on them which is disapointing. I threw down some additional paint on them but nothing has popped out of the images as of yet.

Have a great day and remember to do some art.

Clark
